Weighing system with overload protection – LoadMatic

LoadMatic is a forklift system that combines load weighing with overload protection. It allows you to monitor the load during operation while alerting the operator when it approaches or exceeds the limit—reducing the risk of dangerous situations and equipment damage. The system features clear overload indication (including an overload bar and alarm) and can control the truck’s response via a relay output (e.g., speed limiting / blocking a specific function, depending on the configuration).

The video shows how the weighing system mounted on a trolley works: the operator receives real-time results while working, without having to drive to a floor scale or interrupting the operation. This “in-motion” weighing speeds up receipts and shipments, facilitates picking control, and reduces errors resulting from manual data entry.
