Weighing for order picking trucks – OpMatic
OPMatic is a fork-integrated weighing system designed for order pickers (order pickers). It allows for weight checks directly in the picking area, reducing picking errors and eliminating trips to floor scales. The system offers a full set of weighing functions and Bluetooth/Wi-Fi data transfer for integration with a WMS or ERP (depending on configuration).
OPMatic combines weighing with overload protection—warning the operator directly on the truck before overload and potential damage occur. The solution is tailored to the application’s requirements and workload, so as not to alter the truck’s normal operation, but to add “background” weighing.
