Stack turner

We offer the SAMZON Pile-Turner (Pallet Turner) – a stationary device for replacing pallets under load by rotating/inverting the stack. The machine compresses the load with platforms, tilts it 90°, enables rotation (up to 180°), and deposits the goods on a new carrier. This solution is particularly popular in the paper industry, but it also works well in applications where pallets need to be quickly replaced, damaged bottom layers need to be removed, or spacers (paper/cardboard/freezer spacers) need to be removed. When is the best time to choose:

• when the load can be safely turned over (a key requirement),
• when you want the option of stopping at 90° and, for example, removing the spacers between layers,
• when you’re looking for a cheaper and smaller solution than a classic pallet changer (at the expense of having to manually feed the new pallet onto the stack).

• fast repalletization – depending on the configuration, up to approximately 30 pallets/hour,
• a good option for specific processes (paper, sheets, boards), even for low products (some models have very low platform heights).
