Stationary pallet changer

We offer the SAMZON stationary pallet changer for rapid re-palletization without manually shifting goods. The device allows for pallet exchange while maintaining the load’s orientation – the cycle is automatic after being activated from the panel, and the operator simply removes the old pallet and inserts a new one (e.g., with a pallet truck or forklift). During operation, the machine tilts the load (approx. 120°), lowers the pallet to the floor, allows for its exchange, and re-secures the load on a new carrier. This solution is useful for replacing damaged pallets and transitioning to pallets required in areas with higher standards (e.g., hygiene). When is the best time to choose:

• when you want to change pallets without repacking and manual lifting,
• when you need a repeatable process (approx. 25–30 pallets/hour, depending on the version),
• when you regularly change pallets during receiving/shipping or in the production process.
